Elliott stands tall in MLS debut
Jack Elliott made is Union and MLS debut, replacing Richie Marquez at halftime. Marquez left the game with a head injury, and the fourth-round pick in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft was thrust into the action. In his 45 minutes of play, Elliott had a tackle and clearance while notching six ball recoveries and won 100 percent of his duels. He completed 27 passes in the half, with a 70.4 percent passing accuracy and seven final third entries.
