Jack Elliott played one of his best games against San Jose Earthquakes, being a rock on both sides of the ball.
He scored his first career MLS goal and nearly notched his first career assist, but it was his defensive game which stood out.
Elliott played the full 90 minutes and finished the game with eight clearances, six recoveries, two blocks and one interception. One of those clearances came late in the match with the Union holding a 2-1 lead, and was named the Allstate Defensive Play of the Match.
